Every year, the Apple Holiday shopping campaign represents our biggest and most important retail event on the calendar. This colossal effort is a finely-honed orchestration from traditional advertising to social media to in-store customer experiences to mobile. The strategic positioning for this particular campaign was simple: present the wide array of Apple’s latest products as highly desirable gifts. My role was leading the writing team responsible the critical eCommerce gift guide that offered both gifting inspiration, and a frictionless way to shop the very latest from Apple.
